I didn't receive an email to activate my account.

We are unable to resend activation emails; however, you can check the following to see if this may have happened:

a) It’s possible the email may have ended up in your Spam folder. Please check it to be sure.
b) There may have been a typo in your e-mail address. If so, please open the Ava app and register again with the same email address.
