I entered the wrong information when I answered the onboarding questions, can I change it now?

If you entered the wrong dates for your last period, this can easily be changed by clicking the + icon and adding or removing the period on dates in the past accordingly.

If you entered the wrong information for your height, weight, age, this unfortunately cannot be changed.

If you insist on correcting those answers, the only option is to go to “My Profile” and select “Delete Account” and create a new account though we strongly advise against this.

Deleting your account effectively means wiping out all of the data you ever recorded with the Ava. There is no way to retrieve that data once your account is deleted.
