Should I wear Ava after I've been drinking alcohol or doing drugs?

If you have consumed enough alcohol or drugs to be under the influence, this will significantly alter your physiological state and therefore, will also impact the physiological parameters that the Ava records while you're sleeping - such as resting pulse rate. Under circumstances like this, we do not recommend that you wear the Ava that night as the data may be completely different and may compromise the accuracy of Ava's predictions.
If you are drinking a glass of wine with a meal and this is something you are accustomed to, this should not impact your data.
