Ava Support - COVID-19 Update
Dear Ava User,
We know the events happening in our community and around the world are unsettling and we at Ava are sending out our caring wishes to those affected by the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 virus.
We've also been working to keep our employees as safe as possible, including advising those who can to work from home. Knowing that this pandemic is challenging to all of us, we want to continue to provide you with the best support we can. As of now, nothing has changed with our support hours or the way you can contact us. You have access to our FAQs and you can submit a support ticket any time.
We will do our best to continue responding to you in less than 24 hours, but we kindly ask for your patience if we are a bit delayed. We hope that you, your family, and friends stay healthy and well.
Note: Please add support@avawomen.com to your contacts to ensure that you will receive our reply.
Liebe Ava-Benutzer,
What do the different screens in the app show me?
Modified on: Mon, 24 Sep, 2018 at 1:02 PM
1. Your dashboard (home icon) is your main screen that summarizes the data you synced this morning:
- Your level of fertility
- Cycle phase (follicular or luteal)
- Cycle day
- Skin temperature
- Resting pulse rate
- Breathing rate
- HRV Ratio
- Tidbits of reproductive health information
2. Your charts (heart icon) screen shows five physiological parameters that your Ava is recording every night:
- Skin temperature
- Resting pulse rate
- Breathing rate
- HRV ratio
- Sleep
3. Your calendar screen shows a calendar-month view of your current cycle. You can always scroll to a previous month or scroll to a month in the future.
- Solid pink bars show your past period that you’ve entered into the calendar
- Shaded pink bars show your predicted future period
- Green bar shows your fertile window
- Light green indicates your “high fertility” days
- Dark green indicates your “peak fertility” days
- The last dark green day will always coincide with your ovulation date
- Ovulation is shown as an outline of a white circle encircling a solid white circle
*There is a small i at the bottom of your calendar screen that is "Your calendar key" and explains the above a little clearer.
4. The + symbol at the bottom of your screen always you to:
- Add/remove your period
- Enter dates where you’ve had sex
