Ava needs to be worn at least 4 hours at night with a minimum of 3 hours of sleep recorded, in order to get an accurate reading of that night’s results.

As Ava tracks your movement with an accelerometer, it recognizes when you are awake so we recommend that even if you wake up several times during the night, to keep wearing the Ava on your wrist.

If you need to remove your Ava during the night, please make sure the breaks are not longer than 2 hours.
