No matter how you sleep at night, be it on your side, on your stomach, or on your back, with your hand under the pillow, hand over the covers etc., your sleeping position will not affect Ava’s results, as long as the Ava sensor pod is making good contact with your skin throughout the night.

Tips on wearing the Ava properly:
  • Make sure the Ava is worn snugly around your wrist. It should not move around your arm while you are wearing it.
  • Make sure the sensor pod is on top of your wrist, just below the bone, and be sure that you can fit one finger in between the band and your wrist, but not two.
