If you don't love your Ava for any reason, we'll take it back within the first 30 days after you receive it.
Only devices purchased directly from AvaWomen.com and in the USA are eligible for returns at this time.
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of when you receive your Ava.
- You must return the bracelet to Ava to receive a refund. Returned bracelets must not be physically broken or damaged.
Other terms and conditions:
- All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- We will provide you a prepaid return label for your return, however the costs of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
- You assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned device while in transit back to Ava.
- Upon receipt of the returned device, you will be refunded to your original form of payment. This can take up to 10 business days to reach your account.
