October 4, 2019 @ 09:00 GMT - Issues with the latest i.OS versions 13./13.1 and 13.1.2.

We are aware that some users who updated to Ava iOS app 1.9.12 are (still) encountering data syncing issues due to the recent unexpected update of i.OS to 13.1.2.

We are working diligently to adapt our app to the recent changes within i.OS in order to ensure our users will be able to see their data correctly on our app.

Users who have access to an alternative device (Android) are recommended to sync their nightly data to an android version of our app.

We will publish updates here to keep you informed.

Wir sind uns bewusst, dass einige Benutzer, die auf Ava iOS 1.9.12 aktualisiert haben, (noch) Probleme mit der Datensynchronisierung haben, da i.OS kürzlich unerwartet auf 13.1.2 aktualisiert wurde.

Wir arbeiten mit Hochdruck daran, unsere App an die vor kurzem veröffentlichten Veränderungen in i.OS anzupassen, damit die Ava app unseren Nutzern ihre Daten korrekt anzeigt.

Wenn Sie auf ein alternatives Gerät (Android) zugreifen können, empfehlen wir Ihnen die Synchronisation mit einer Android-Version unserer App durchzuführen.

Our policy is that Ava is non-returnable and non-refundable. In the case of material defects, please contact Customer Support and they’ll be happy to help.
