We are aware of some users receiving an error message when trying to sync their data (Error during upload on S3 / S4 / S6 / S9).
If so, please expect a delay for your data to appear in the app - your data could appear several hours after syncing.
Please keep your bracelet charged. There is no need to attempt to sync again in the meantime.
If your data doesn't appear before you go to bed, please wear your Ava as usual, and sync tomorrow. If a sync issue persists where you do not see the above Error message, please open a ticket so we can troubleshoot directly with you.

Wir sind informiert, dass einige Benutzer beim Versuch, ihre Daten zu synchronisieren, eine Fehlermeldung erhalten (Error during upload on S3 / S4 / S6 / S9).
