The Ava bracelet switches on automatically when it comes into direct contact with your skin. If you are wearing it on your wrist, a green sensor light on the underside should turn on within a few seconds.
Before wearing the bracelet for the first night, please pair it with the app and plug it to power for at least 4 hours to ensure it is fully charged.
