For Ava Fertility to work effectively, you’ll need to log in the app when you get your period. This gives the algorithm a baseline to understand your cycle length.
All other logs are optional but are helpful ways for you to keep tabs on your cycle.
You can tap the “+” button on your home screen to log anytime. Tap the checkmark (Android) or select Done (iPhone) to confirm your log.
It doesn’t matter at which time of day the event happens. If, for instance, you get your period in the evening, you still log your period on that day.
You can remove a log by navigating to the Logging section via the "+" button at the bottom of the screen, and tapping the selected icon. Tap the checkmark (Android) or select Done (iPhone) to confirm your edit.
