Note: This policy applies to the original orders only (replacements are not covered under this policy). In the case of  material defects covered by our two-year limited warranty, we will send you a replacement  

Only Ava devices purchased directly from and in the EU or UK are eligible for returns within 14 days of ordering in the sealed and unopened original Ava packaging.

If you have purchased your Ava device in the USA, please see our return policy here.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return authorization must be requested from Ava Customer Success within 14 days of date of order.
  • Please provide a photo proof of the unopened packaging (transparent sticker sealing on the side of the Ava packaging must be visibly intact).
  • We will provide you a prepaid return label for your return of the Ava device to receive a refund.
  • Returns not authorized by Ava will not be accepted.
  • You assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned device while in transit back to Ava.
  • Upon receipt of the returned device, you will be refunded to your original form of payment. The reimbursement can take up to 10 business days to reach your account.
