Newly created or edited alarms need to be transferred from the app to the bracelet. In case the communication between the bracelet and the app is not successful, an error message will come up informing you that your edits are not saved.   

Most common reasons for this error message are:  

Your Bluetooth is disabled. 

Make sure that your Bluetooth is enabled at your phone when you try to update your alarms.  

The Ava bracelet is not close enough to your mobile phone. 

Make sure that your Ava bracelet is close to your phone in order to establish a connection. 

The Ava bracelet is completely out of power. In case the Ava bracelet is completely discharged, it can’t communicate with the app. To resolve this issue, plug your device to power and try to update your alarms again.
